Prioritizing large to small initiatives at a company with many stakeholders is hard. There are so many factors that go into a running a successful prioritization meeting at a large company. When you get people of different ranks and expertise into one room, to prioritize a single list, the opinion of certain individuals can heavily influence or overpower the opinion of others.
The idea of SimplyPrioritize was born from one product manager’s constant need to create, train and manage a prioritization process with stakeholders and decisions makers at each new company.
True to the mission of creating delightful products, the PM realized that there had to be a more delightful way to lead a collaborative prioritization session that can successfully accomplish a few key things, and so he created a little tool to help.
